The saddles are handmade in Italy and built on USA imported Bowden tree, the same tree as in Bob´s Custom Saddles. USA leather from Wickett & Craig is used for all Lavilla saddles. High quality conchos/d-rings/tips from Hansen silver and USA Walsall. Tooling is all handmade and can have many different combinations!

Tree: Wood rawhide covered, imported from USA, Bowden tree, who supply trees to Bob´s Custom Saddles and most professional saddlemakers in USA. Available in Semi Quarter (15,5” - 17”), Quarter (15,5” - 17”), Full Quarter (15,5” - 17”). Cantle high available in 2,5” – 3". Avalible in 4 different kinds:

1)REINING PROFESSIONAL: to be used from professionist riders since back bars are open to encourage stops )

2)REINING/ALL PURPOSE: perfect both for reining competition but also to work at home or simply recreate - it is in fact more balanced )

3)REINING/WORKING COW tree ( same tree that is inside Bob's Fappani saddles )

4)REINING/ROPING tree (reining tree but with bigger fork and horn).

Leather: Wickett & Craig leather (USA) 6/7 mm thickness (13/15 oz). Colours available : oak, russet, chestnut.

Seat: Comfortable, like Bob's so more large and flat, extremely popular
Seat is available in suede (black, dark brown, light brown, sand, red, green ...) but also in full grain Italian calfskin (black, dark brown, cream, burgundy, ice, red, green, blue …).

Silver: USA Hansen conchos/silver, USA Walsall D rings all in many different options available.

Tooling: Handmade. Barbed wire, single border, fishbone, basket (standard, mini, micro ) oak leaf, flowers...

Other: Horn, cantle and stirrups can be leather or rawhide. Stirrups can also be wood or aluminium. Cooperation with the best Italian riders - Perez, Carmignani, Brighenti, Squigi and Sbrana - who helped developing and improving more and more on the technical contents and customization such as size, colour, tooling, conchos.
